BodySculpt – Can you handle it?

BodySculpt is a 25 minute boost of high energy, fat burning and muscle toning. Although lower impact, BodySculpt will be intense and challenging, putting your self-discipline to the test. Warning: not for the weak minded; We’re getting down to the nitty gritty and sweating it out! If you are determined and think you have what it takes, join us at 6:15pm Tuesday & Thursday.
Although not a requirement, it is recommended that you bring a yoga mat & hand weights (under 10lbs). We will start promptly at 6:30pm, so please arrive a few minutes early to check in at the desk.
