Welcome to Studio MB’s Level 1, Part 1 Belly Dance Class!! I’m so excited to be taking this journey with you!

Here’s a few notes before you get started…

In this class, you will learn the basics of belly dance. It is highly recommended that you repeat each Workout until you’ve achieved mastery of each concept. Take this class at your own pace, and use the full 30 days to practice and develop the muscles used in the videos. Don’t forget to include the warm up at the beginning of each workout session, as well as the cool down at the end (you will find warm up and cool down videos in the playlists). Most importantly, enjoy yourself and have FUN!

FAQS

The video player is not visible once the page loads, what do I do?

Sometimes it takes a minute or two for the page to fully load (and for the player to be visible). If you don’t see the player after a few minutes, press the refresh button on your browser.

 

Can I repeat a video or skip around to customize my workout sessions?

Of course! Use the video player controls to navigate through the videos. Remember that it is important to always start your exercise with a warm up and a cool down (videos provided).

 

How do I log back in once I finish my workout and exit?

Go to StudioMB-Atchison.com, move your mouse to the “online classes” menu, and select your course. Select the login button to access the course content.
