You’ll find that this class is split into two parts. Feel free to pause & replay the videos as needed. You may even find it helpful to occasionally pause the instructional videos & practice with the dance video to music as you work through Part 1 & Part 2.
Keep in mind that the instructional videos are taught in mirrored view (except where labeled in the video), while the dance to music video was recorded in regular view. This means that in the instructional videos, I’m teaching with the opposite side so it’s easier for you to follow (by “mirroring” me in the video). For example, when I tell you to cross your right foot in front of your left, I’ll actually be crossing my left in front of my right. It may sound a little confusing, but when following along face to face, it is easier than trying to figure out opposites.
