We’ll cover exercises that target & strengthen all major muscle groups in the body, including legs, core, glutes, arms, & more.
Personal trainers will cost you 100s of dollars. In my book, safety should always come first, so for this workshop, I’m only charging $10. I want to see you get the results you want & feel confident that you know how to use proper form and technique with the basic exercises we’ll cover.
I know sometimes it’s hard to remember details once you leave the workshop, so I’ll also be sending you home with a workout handout listing tips & technique for all the exercises we practice in the workshop.
