Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.

At this time, and until further notice, all purchases from Studio MB, whether made in person at the studio, or purchased online on our site(s), for virtual &/or physical products/services, are final & non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
All Products are inspected for quality before shipment. Studio MB will not be held responsible for any & all damages that may occur during shipment. If upon receiving you product(s), you notice any defects or damages that you feel did not occur during shipment, feel free to contact us. Studio MB may or may not offer an exchange or store credit for the product (plus tax) amount, excluding shipping costs. If an exchange or store credit is granted for a damaged/defective product, consumer will be responsible for returning the damaged/defective product and paying for return shipping.
Processing time after order submission for products have an average (estimated) range of 1 to 8 business days, depending on product, plus shipping time (number of business days for shipping depend on shipping method selected, as well as the shipping company’s policies; i.e. USPS). If your ordered product processing time should take longer than the time estimated above, or stated date/time on product page, we will notify you via email &/or phone (notification may also be in item description). It is Studio MB’s guarantee that we will have your product(s) out for shipment/ready as soon as possible. For In-Store pickup items, you will be notified when your product(s) are ready for pickup.
